Another way to do it is through Google Search Console, my favorite tool. 

Here, I would go to my Dashboard, under Indexing, click “Full report”, then click “View data” about indexed pages. 

To make sure your new content gets noticed, I highly recommend submitting new pages to Google Search Console every time you publish a new blog post. This way, Google knows you have fresh content and can include it in search results.

To do this, sign in to GSC, then click “URL inspection“, type the URL of your new blog post in the search bar, and click “Enter.”

It will say that the URL is not on Google. So, click “Request indexing“, then you will see a pop on your screen that Google is inspecting the URL. Finally, you will see another pop-up that says “Indexing requested.” 

You can check again after 24 hours but sometimes it takes longer than that.
